Hi.
I just created a new user for the BlackBerry Analytics service and I've gotten the BB service agreement email but no email confirmation.
I tried to resend via "problem with login", but still still not getting any email with my login information/password.
Should I be doing something else to trigger this email/user account confirmation?

Hi Sarah,
The email should get sent to you immediately. Please check your spam filter. If you still cannot find this email then please private message me the email address, company and user name used to create your account and I will see if we can get it manually activated.
