We are launching a redesigned BlackBerry Analytics reporting portal on Saturday, November 12. During the transition, the reporting portal will be unavailable starting from approximately 7:30 am Pacific Time, and lasting for several hours. Data collection and processing will not be affected. Available reports and definitions and the SDK are unchanged.
After the transition, access to the new reporting portal will continue to be through the same URL as before: http://blackberry.webtrends.com
There are three significant changes you may notice:
• *New* Access Rights For Spaces: For development teams with multiple users, this gives you the ability to control which users can access each space (i.e. app). Note that any non-administrator accounts created after the update will by default have no access rights. You can grant access to report users by editing either the space or the user.
• Performance Enhancements: Expect your reports to load more quickly
• REST APIs: Enhancements to the REST web services for report export
