Hi - Last Saturday we've submitted an app to the app world and some customers are suffering a 404 Error while trying to download the app. Got any ideas what can be wrong? How could I access some logs to find out the real problem? Whether is the app or the App World?
It's probably App World or your users internet connection or both. You can't access any logs actually, even device EventLog won't help you much investigating this issue. Just advise the users to try again later.
