Application EULA Sample

Hi there!

 

I reviewed a lot of threads concerning the required "Application EULA" for submitting an app in the App World.

I'm not that experienced in those things, so I looked for a good and liable sample EULA which I can modify, but I were not able to find one.

 

Can you help me with that? I didn't want to just copy any EULA out of the App World, because I can't say wether it is liable or not!

I believe App World has it's own EULA, but in any case they're generally location specific. Unless you want to go to court in some country half way round the world.

 

So I'd suggest looking for a similar app with an EULA from a developer/corporation that is of your country of origin and adapting that - carefully. Or better still talk to a lawyer!
