Cannot buy BBMusic

I am trying to purchase BBMusic, however error 9300 appears and says I cannot use a credit card in my country....i live in Toronto CANADA.....

 

Any advise would be appreciated...

 

.I dont really like BBM ......however i really hate having to cart 2 devices around....BB and i pod....BB needs to sell the song...not the service...
