Hi,
I've an issue with my developer account and would like to contact support. From http://na.blackberry.com/eng/contact/ I understandwebmaster@blackberry.net is the address to go to, but on my request for support I get a reply that basically says 'go away, try the community forums'. So here I am, any pointers how to reach account admin would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Mark Hoogenboom

I'm afraid that RIM support is notoriously hard to get ahold of. If you're lucky MKirkup will see this -- he's the director for Developer Relations. MSohm, BlackBerry Development Advisor, tends to be active in the Java Development section (one board below this).
Good luck,

You can try either help@blackberry.net or devsupport@rim.com, but don't expect an answer from either -- I asked a simple yes/no question about 3 months ago and haven't heard anything. The only thing they've responded to in the past half-year for me has been signing key issues/requests.
Other than those, I believe RIM generally tells developers to ..|..
