How to block existing function like sending SMS, Browsing.

Hello,

 

I'm running into one mejor problem. In my application I need to activate/deactivate SMS sending, Browsing.

 

can somebody show me an example to activate and deactivate sms sending functionality using code?

 

How do I achieve this?
