Re: Invalid characters in app name

This should be fixed by the end of this month.

Re: Invalid characters in app name

Just to add that "(" and ")" are also causing troubles, although both chars are not included in the list of not allowed characters.

Re: Invalid characters in app name

I just want to update this.

It seems the problem has been fixed. I was just able to update my app with a ":" in the name.

Re: Invalid characters in app name

Are you able to create a download report in the Vendor Portal for your app with the colon in the name?  I've got one app I can't get to show me a report, and the only difference I can tell is that it has a colon.  It says its creating the report, but it never shows up.

Don't know what the official final decision will be, but here's my vote to let us use apostrophe, plus, and colon, as we used to.

if we could use ? also that would be great.   also if we could make the title literally jump off the screen that would be even better.
