Need help understanding how to add an icon to an app in Eclipse

Here is a complete newbie question: I have read the article "Create an icon for an application" but I am not able to do it.

I'm using Eclipse to build an app in BlackBerry 5.0. I could not figure out from the article (or the references in it) what size the icon should be.

Also, the article says "In the workspace view, right-click the file name, then select Properties. If the file can be used as an icon, the Use as Application Icon check box is displayed." How does one get to the workspace view? When I click "Window" and look at views, I do not find workspace view.
