On the ISV Portal, my purchase chart is showing 9 sales so far this month (Feb. 1 - 3). However, the purchase report I download is only showing 2 sales in the same time period. Prior to February 1, the data was consistently similar. There have been some small differences that appear to be caused by how time zones are determined, but that's not what is happening now.
Is anybody else noticing this?

I have exactly the same.
Purchase reports are much less than the charts are showing. What is going on, fraud or something?

Probably pointing the obvious, but charts shows the data in USD, not as purchase count number.

I am still getting very different results for February.
Product Purchases Chart: 24 sales (easily calculated for a product priced at $0.99)
Purchase Report: 10 sales
Mr. Sohm, or anyone from RIM, can we get someone to look at this?

Hi,
I rarely use the product charts, but by accident I generated the "Download" chart instead of the "Purchase" chart today. I noticed a big discrepancy between the two numbers. This is not entirely unusual in and of itself, but the difference between the two numbers was almost entirely due to Verizon Wireless downloads. This makes sense from my app's perspective as I normally have several USA sales as well, but haven't had a single one this month that shows up in the "Purchases" report. So, it appears as though the problem is with Verizon, at least as far as my app is concerned. I also ran a product chart and noticed that the sales dollars aligned, almost exactly, with my "Downloads" report.
Any thoughts about who we contact to get this resolved?

I know. If you read my post carefully, you should understand my reasoning. Product charts show a certain $$ value, which almost exactly accords with my Download report this month (NOT purchase report). The Purchase report is missing ALL Verizon Wireless transactions that appear in the Download report. This is too much of a coincidence.
My guess is that Verizon has switched to carrier billing, as was discussed on the Net in December, and RIM has not made the necessary changes to their Purchase report algorithms.
