I just have one app right now (shameless plug to follow), and it's just for the PlayBook. I would be surprised if more than half my sales were purchased through a carrier.

True enough. But I don't think this applies to all carrier billing as I have often seen other billing types as "carrier". I just think this applies to Verizon Wireless, possibly for the reason I cited earlier.

Since February 1 my purchase charts are showing sales figures that correspond to 49 sales, while the downloadable purchase report is showing 10 sales. I’ve sent an e-mail to RIM’s helpdesk on the matter, and they replied that yes, that was strange. Then they told me the lower figure was probably correct. Of course.

Hmm, there is something wrong with graphs. I picked 5 from my apps (smartphone), different price range - $0.99, $2.99, $3.99, $4.99 and generated the graph from 1. Feb till 13. Feb. After that I generated the purchase report for that period.
For 13. Feb there is quite a difference - one app is displayed as having twice more sales, another with 30% less.
12. Feb - everything is OK
11. Feb - three apps have more sales than the purchase report, one app less.
Go figure :/

Hi,
I'm dealing with a strange issue as well, my sales reports for february are not indicating any sales from the United States, and usualy almost a third of sales are from there...
I got a few hundreds of sales on Feb, and not a single one form U.S, this is very concerning, I can assume 2 cases: the U.S. users can no longer purchase my apps or the sales reports are missing the sales from U.S.
I don't know who I should address this issue and since I'm not from U.S I can't test if the payment works.
