Can somebody please advise me where I am going wrong?
Firslty, I am registered with App World and have accepted T's&C's and created a linked acoount to my PayPal account.
I have NOT submitted tax documents as I am an indvidual, not a company, and based in the UK not USA or Canada,
When I have entered the relevant details into the 'Add Product' Step 1 page. I am told I have a Invalid Licence Type (I selected Static in the Licence Model Selection. And in Red under the Licence Type where I entered PAID, I am informed I need to accpet the Digital River Tc's&C's. Which as I said above, I have done the Tc's&C's. See Image:
And this is the terms and Conditions Page
Any help greatfully received.

Hi Bob,
perhaps you must complete your registration going on "Manage Account Details " menù:
after you complete "step 2" (Payment Info) you should accept Terms and conditions on step 3 .

Hi Luca,
I have completed payment details some weeks ago, and linked payment to my PayPal account. I then went to step 3 and accpeted Terms and Conditions but did not and cannot submit a tax form as I am in the UK not Canada or USA. This is an image on the Payment Info (Step 2)
And this is the Step 3 (Terms and Conditions) showing I have accepted them

Hi Bob,
it's very strange, you should have three form and if you have already agreed them you should have a thing like this:

Hi Luca,
Yes I get that when I elect to sell products using payment facilities of Blackberry App World, but I am not using them, I am using PayPal not DR and Bango.
Best regards
Bob

Generaly rule. Whatever it asks just select YES to avoid problems.
Review the agreement and check YES for all and it should be fine.

Ahh OK now I undertstand DOH!
I have just visited the Terms and Conditions on the Vendor Portal, and attempted to accept the DR and Bango agreements AFTER scrolling to the bottom of each but the check-box does not accept any input from IE!!
I have managed to accept the terms using Google Chrome and now all seems fine and I can submit my app for approval.
many thanks for your help and support.
