Wow no way to contact RIM?

So I went to contact RIM about my apps that have been pending for over 2 months now and I have no way to contact them.

All the email addresses they supply in their developer portal and also on the contact us page are nothing more then an automated system. I sent an email to both and they said no one will get the email just look at the FAQ's.

Does anyone know of a way where I can actually get ahold of someone to try and figure out what is going on?

Thanks

Re: Wow no way to contact RIM?

Have you tried appworldvendorsupport@blackberry.com ?

Sent email on the 11th and Ryan answered on the 18th. I suppose it's possible a few App World staff might have been at Dev Con.

I get the impression App World has been more successful developer sign up wise than RIM expected and they're probably scrambling to staff appropriately. The problem of course, is that during the initial ramp up phase for new staff, service can actually deteriorate as existing staff mentor new entrants.

It's frustrating but so far I've always had decent service. You just have to wait longer than expected.

One things for certain, it's well worth testing your apps thoroughly before uploading. It takes weeks to deploy even minor upgrades.

Re: Wow no way to contact RIM?

Thanks I have not tired that email yet. I will give that a shot.

I think there is no doubt that RIM is over their heads right now with pending apps. The weird thing is some apps pend for months and while those are still pending I upload new apps and they get approved.
