Since February 1, my purchase reports have been showing less than half of the sales displayed in my purchases chart.  Is anyone else on this thread experiencing that?

what's happening here now, is the old phenomenon of 3 pending reports appearing out of nowhere when none had been scheduled, and no scheduled reports go through.

Later, all of those disappear, and you can run reports.

Later still, either 3 phantom pending reports appear, or else newly-scheduled reports just stay pending.

This is like what was happening last year.

I don't use reports that often (normally just quick graphs) so I didn't notice this until today, but I've got 6 reports pending.

 

But I haven't run any myself, so those must be Distimo reports.

 

I think reports must be dead again, and that's showing me a backlog of unfulfilled requests from Distimo.

 

I scheduled one myself, and now I get

Number of reports waiting to be processed: 7

Today the backlog was cleared (with the pending reports all gone), and attempts to schedule new reports works fine. A mystery... obviously can't trust it yet though.

I think it's fixed again. I checked when I saw these posts and had a backlog of a couple of Distimo reports, scheduled my own, did something else for a few minutes and came back to the window, and only mine was present (i.e. the Distimo ones had cleared). It downloaded fine.

It's either intermitttent or was temporary and has now cleared.

I wonder how much of these problems may come from Distimo pushing two report requests into every account all at the same time...
