I download the reports as a CSV file. I am not sure about Charts. I am from USA.

Just when we thought this was all fixed, we're back to daily doses of intermintent failures.....again. You truly....never....know when reports, charts, etc, are going to work. It's like pulling the handle on a jackpot machine, you just won't know until you play the game. SOOOoooo......soooo.....frustrating.

Good news that charts and reports seem to work again for me, the bad news are that I still not getting the sales from U.S. on my reports. I've contacted support, last week, and no response so far... I don't get why I'm treated with ignorance in a case like this. Now, I can only hope that at the end of the month I will receive the payment for all the sales...

This morning I discovered a major breakthrough that's sure to save some of our remaining hair... we can just delete the appworld cookie without having to delete all our cookies twice a day and lose everything from other sites. You have to click to Privacy in Options and view cookies. Several more clicks isn't much considering how many clicks it already takes to view a report.
which Browser are you using? I have deleted all the appworld cookies and still does not work.
Finally the reports are working again. Either RIM fixed the problem or it was just luck. I deleted the cookies in FireFox and then login again

They fixed it. Possibly people will have to clear their appworld cookies before they can do reports again but for now it's working once more. No idea what the root cause is but it sure seems to keep coming back...
