Someone please help!
I have had my bb for awhile and had to download bb app world on my phone I was able to do that and when I went into my download folder I tried to open it but it says that I should upgrade my browsing but I have web n walk on t mobile and I can surf the net fine.
I did call t mobile and they said its not there problem (no surprise) so now I'm stuck??
I have updated my software I have the latest software
v4.6.1.133 platform 4.2.0.85
What else is there for me to do to make it work????
Please help anyone.

Hello Krisha,
I am sorry for T-Mobile but it is their problem since you are a T-Mobile subscriber. Usually when a carrier employee gets a question and cannot reply, they are supposed to contact RIM support and then RIM support will help you for free.
That being said, in the requirements of AppWorld, you need what is called a "BlackBerry Data Plan". It is different from the "web'n'walk". Check with T-Mobile how much it would cost you to have it.

The lastest version OS 4.6 on the bb 9000 does not allow downloading of apps so either downgrade to an earlier 4.6 in the application loader or click on the above link to download the new BETA OS 5.0. in order for the OS 5.0 to work you will need to be registered to the blackberry service.
