I bought a few apps on a previous blackberry and now it looks like, some of app wouldn't register or acknowledge the fact that I paid for the apps. They apps are not showing up, & the ones I trasfered with desktop manage will not update (or default back to trial). I still have all my receipts for purchase. It looks ridiculous to have to purchase the apps all over again. With my android the process was seamless, I sign in and all apps are accessible but with my blackberry it seems that it is tied to a pin rather than an email makes for a nightmare when switching. I wished there is a way to update my pin in the apps store so that it it knows with with me having to request from the vendors an app store. It seems to try to match pin with license keys... so far I have no success. Is there a number I can call to help but all my submission haven't worked, that may be the only way to speed things up or take care of all the apps at once. up.
