I disagree with your policy of requiring a data plan on the phone to access and download from App World. Apple does not require this. A user should be able to use their wifi connection and not be required to have other internet access. I am a developer of an application. I would like to download App world be am having problems even getting it to download and I have a data plan. This is ridiculously harder than it needs to be.
