Purchased Apps no longer accessible after wipe

Okay I wiped my curve 8900 and no longer have access to my purchased applications. When I try to access (login to) my Paypal via App World I get the message "unable to authenticatete user at this time." After researching online I found out this is because my credit card expired. The problem is, I no longer have this credit card anymore. To be honest, i don't have any credit cards anymore. Am i up ****'s creek without a paddle at this point or is there some other way for me to login and regain access to my purchased applications?

Re: Purchased Apps no longer accessible after wipe

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!

Well, the current state of AppWorld regarding credit cards is:

1) There must be at least one valid credit card attached to the PayPal account

2) If any credit card attached to PayPal is invalid for any reason, things won't work.

Actually, I'm surpirsed that you can't log into MyWorld -- I always thought this error manifested at purchase time, not at login time. Then again, I've never had this problem...

Best.
