Description of the issue:

Hello,
I was trying to download Vlingo plus for free from App World as part of RIM promotion.
Now, I have a 9900 and I live in Italy (my carrier is H3G Italy) and I'm not allowed to download it since it says that my device is not supported.
Now, all of us know that it is indeed supported: I could download it till yesterday. Now it says that it is available for all countries except Italy.
Please help!

I'm currently using bold 9650 w/ os 6. This was only given as gift to me by my niece. & I don't know if its just an upgraded os. My prob is, I'm having trouble about downloading apps especially BB App World. I'm trying to download it directly from my phone but everytime I do it, It says "the file can't be displayed, do you want it to save it anyway?" Then after I chose "yes". It said downloaded complete. But still, thre's no way I can't find the bb app world icon anywhere. & when I check my applications, its not there? PLS HELP! I'm such a bb user & app world dependent since 2009. I'd appreciate your advices. Thanks. i

I have a BB curve 8520 and my BB App World doesnt work, everytime i go there it gives me a msg ''BB identity update is needed" but when i try to update, it gives me an error (80003) and its been doing dat for months. i've tried everything frm deleting n reinstalling it, software upgrade and now i dont know wat to do, pls help
