Trying to contact support about maximum pin changes, getting error message

When trying to contact support using the online form so I can get my account reset, I get this error:

Please correct the following item(s):
  • Please provide a valid Blackberry Smartphone PIN

I have checked, double checked, and triple checked my PIN.  It is correct.  I have even tried my wifes PIN, I get the same error.  I have tried to do this in both Firefox and Internet Explorer with the same results.

Can support please contact or provide me a phone number so I may call in and get my account reset?  Prior to my Tour I had multiple replacements of Storms and used all my available PIN changes.

Also, is it possible to use my same PayPal account to purchase apps from my wifes device once my account is reset?

Thanks in advance!

Hi there!

Please check your PM's on this forum site...there is a specific process you need to do, but it cannot be posted here in the forums.

Cheers!

Hi there!

Your inquiry needs to be sent as follows. Go to this URL:

and fill out the form. Use, in the "Please select a component:" field, the AppWorld Billing/Payment selection. Be sure to also include the reason why you have exceeded your maximum allowable PIN associations to AppWorld (e.g., multiple RMA, warranty replacement, etc.).

Cheers!

Could you send that the information to me also regarding "Please provide a valid Blackberry Smartphone PIN"?
