This error message keeps appearing whenever I try to login/ download on Blackberry App World.

"The request cannot be processed until multiple pending user authentications are resolved. ( error Id: 40831)"

Its been like it for about 2 months now and it's getting to the point where I really need to update some of my applications. Can anyone help me please? Thank you.

After a battery pull,

try reinstalling app world.

http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/appworld/download.jsp

or install it from mobile.blackberry.com

If it doesn't work after the install, you can try reloading your decive software.
