I live in são paulo, brazil and i have a blackberry curve 8520.I cannot download anything from appworldi got blackberry id.it works.whenever i try to download or update,the following happens when i tested with blackberry messenger:1. i am obliged to accept "blackberry app world membership addendum,2. i am obliged to accept "your personal informatio, privacy policy,3. i get this screen which says "account information" above it, with all my info.4. as i click return, a black screen appears saying : "Changes have been made.", but no changes were made.5. I click save, then another black screen appears saying "Your changes have been saved" i click OK6. the green bar in my selected app has some striped green lines going to the right for half a second then7. a black screen appears :"BlackBerry Messenger is not available for download from Blackberry App world."8. this happens everytime, and i cannot download anything. this thing sucks, cause i cannot download any app from bb app world.many other people have this problemblackberry app works in my ****Bleep***country, yes it does cause i tried it before with another blackberry, same model.PLEASEI BEG YOU FOR HELP.respond quickly, please.thankz

I have this exact same problem word for word. I have the update indicator telling me that I have 5 updates needed but I keep getting that every app is not available for download. Even new apps say the same thing. That very long thread did not help, it did not cover this issue at all.

Wow - I have the exact same issue, word for word.  It's driving me crazy.  Has anyone found a solution?

I had to make an entirely new ID. I had to make a new e-mail special for Blackberry and a new Log In name. I shouldn't have to do that. But it works now, it's just a rediculous solution.

I've tried reinstalling app world, I've redownloaded it on my computer, I've rebooted, I've created a new app world ID, I've redone my payment informaiton, I've tried everything I can think of and still can't download a single app - whether it's free or not.

check this site out! i just completed all the steps and my BB App world now functions properly!
