permanent delete of applications , not just uninstalled them

Hi , I have blackberry bold 9700 , I made a software update to os 6 , it's great , now I have the app world , so I can download applications , the problem is that , once u download an application , u cannot delete it , it will go to the uninstall section only if u choose to delete it , and it will remain there in " my world account" having the memory space , and I cannot download any more app cos there is no enough memory for new ones , any suggestions ?

Re: permanent delete of applications , not just uninstalled them

You can't delete those "uninstalled" applications from AppWorld (and they don't add to the device memory, as they are deleted, or uninstalled).

You can try resetting AppWorld, and this may remove some of those uninstalled apps, but they also may reappear.

1. Open App World
2. Go to My World
3. Hold down the ALT key and press "RST"
4. If your BB locks after issuing the cache clear, perform a battery pull reboot
