Hi I got the curve 9360 yesterday and when I go appworld or try to access my I'd etc in options it takes me straight to the verification page. I enter my username and password and everytime it says "enter username associated with smartphone" but what I enter IS the correct username! I've tried resetting password and the vodafone tech team couldn't help! Its really frustrating I can't download any apps or anything! PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks

Backup your BlackBerry then perform a security wipe by going to Options>Security>Security Wipe. Once the wipe is completed, sign in with your BlackBerry ID. This should fix your issue.
