"Uncaught exception: java.lang.NoClassD efFoundError"

My 9550 Storm 2 will not allow connection to App World... only get pop-up message (see Subject). I've tried cold reboot (removing battery) and tried BlackBerry Desktop with no success... any ideas?

Please use plain text.

Do you have the required BlackBerry Data Plan and has AppWorld worked correctly for you in the past?

Re: "Uncaught exception: java.lang.NoClassD efFoundError"

OK, good.

Go to Options > Advanced > Applications and scroll to and delete AppWorld from your BlackBerry.

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

Using your BlackBerry browser, go to www.blackberry.com/appworld and download & reinstall.
