[ Edited ]

I am not currently (waiting for the price to fall a bit more on the 16gb cards), but the Bold with the current OS can use the 16gb cards.

But I do know of others who are.

Re: 16gb MicroSD HC card in Blackberry Bold?

while you are on the subject of cards, I can't work out how to eject mine.  I can press it in, but it doesn't click out..  am I doing something wrong?

also, are you saying its only compatible with 16mb max?

Re: 16gb MicroSD HC card in Blackberry Bold?

As per several post I just read, the 16gb is compatible.

anyway, if your having problems with your card, take a look at the demo. It shows you how to remove and add your card. If you're still having problem ejecting the card, you may want to contact AT&T or RIM.

No, I didn't say that, I said it IS compatible with the 16gb. And the 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, etc.

Re: 16gb MicroSD HC card in Blackberry Bold?

I tried the 16GB card in my Bold, but the read speed was incredibly slow.  The write speed was fine.  supposedly, there are more coming out on the market soon that improve in this area.  For now, I'm back to using the 8GB card, and both read and write are great.

Hope that helps.
