I want a new BB10 L-series when they launch. But I would want to keep my 9900 for my legacy apps, long typing sessions, and "just-in-case". I want to hop back and forth between the two.

Anyone have any bright ideas as to how to sync BBM across the two devices? It would be a pain for all of my contacts to carry two contacts for me - never knowing which phone I might be using.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

BBM is associated with the device PIN, which is unique to each device. There are wizards available to shift your BBM contacts from device to device (including affecting your device shift on the other persons BBM Contact Li9st), but I do not believe there is any capability regarding what you are asking for (simultaneous use of and synchronization between BBM on two different devices, with no impact on the "other end" person at all).
