Why my Blackerry 9780 cannot use 3G? Whenever i choose 3G, it has no connection, only can use 2G or GPRS, help me pls.

Does your carrier (Singtel) offer 3G?


If yes and you can't connect to it, there could be a problem with your phone's software.  To eliminate this as the issue, remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it and try connecting again.
