9780 stopped working and has a white screen

My BOLD 9780 stopped working and has a white screen. I tried he battery thing and also tried reentering the 6.0 opsys with the desktop Software.  Phone shuts off ok and side buttons seem o work but no phone answering capabilities.  Standard APS and all I use the phone for are phone calls and a few texts...Thanks in advance...Tom..

Bold 9780, 2 yrs in april 2013. T-Mobile opsys 6.0

Hello! there.. have you gone through a manual upgrade by downloading the device software.. if not, please go through below link... select your region, country & operator.. then select your device (which is Bold 9790) & see whether what's the latest software available.. all the latest supported device OS's will be listed there.. :smileyhappy:
