Team, I'm using a BB9790 Bold, current OS 7.1 bundle 2039 (v7.1.0.714). I did a wireless update a week ago on my OS (I assume previously was OS 6.XX). After this update, my BB started to switching off randomly. I brought back my device to the local authorized service center and they did a complete new re-installation. This new OS installation didn't sort out my issue as my phone continues to switch off randomly! Moreover, when the phone restart, it's drain more than 50% my battery, even if the battery was full charged before. I tried to use the phone in Safe mode but doesn't help so much. It's really annoying situation! Do you have any advice or suggestion???
