Hi,
I have a BB 9900 that is only a week old. The BB works perfectly, that is until someone calls me. I can answer the phone, hear and speak with the person on the other end - no issues. I can use BBM, texting etc, no issues. The problem occurs when I try to hang up after someone calls me. The phone freezes. I can press the hang up button, but it does not return to the main screen. It freezes at the caller ID screen and I have to yank the battery out of it to get back to the main screen that has all the icons on it.
Anyone have a fix for this? I am new to this phone and maybe I am missing something. I have had a BlackBerry for a very long time and this is the first one that has ever done this.
