9900 NOT LOADING HTML EMAILS - SETTINGS ARE CORRECT

Hi, Can anyone help. We have work emails sent out to all users in our business and the HTML emails will not show, even though we prompt to -  >Get images . All settings are correct in preferences.

 

It does ask to continue to the website but then does not pull them in. It just stays blank.

 

Other Bold models work fine, It's only the 9900

Hi jim_e_reilly,

 

What type of email account are you using? Are you getting the proper formatting of the message? Do you see where the images are supposed to appear in the body?
