Which Country are you guys in?

I am in the UK and can't seem to get this update.

I have spoken to Orange UK today and told them they can have the phone back.

I upgraded last October and they sold it to me saying it HAD UMA!

Then when I discovered it didn't they said, keep the phone as there will be an App released in January called UMA Lite.

When I spke to them today they said to me, "You can't send it back now you have had it more than 14 days," They went on to say that this was a Blackberry issue not an Orange issue.

I pointed out they misold me a product!

They are getting back to me.

I have receive the updated software today.

Have you plugged your phone into the USB? I did this morning and the update was there.

I am on the phone here talking to some stupid woman and she is in the Phiipines!!! she hasn't a clue what I am on about!!

Yeah it is offering me an update but I don't think it is the version with UMA if you look at the Version.

Is it the 7.01? something like that? Its not actually UMA it is called a mobile hotspot.

It doesn't actually say UMA like my old bold9700 it has a picture of a handset and a wi-fi symbol
