9900 problems

hi everyone

ı have my new bb 9900 for a week a now. and I am experiencing a major problem. Whenever I try to go into the bb application world it says "please wait" and I cant do anything! I tried to delete and install it again but didnt work=(

any ideas? I am about to go crazy!

Hi there, have you tried updating your os to the latest? (os 7.1) You can give that a try and that should fix the problem. Otherwise you might have to download any apps on the pc until someone comes up with a solution.
