So, the stupid notification for my update would not go away and it basically forced me to do the update. I've been sitting here for 3 hours and my BB is stuck in the Social Feeds mode (16%) and will not move. I am currently phoneless and this is not okay because of my job. I've taken out the battery 3 times because that is the only thing that will turn off the device. No keys work, nothing. I am so annoyed at this phone and I am ready to toss it in the trash for an iPhone if it was not going to cost be about $500 to cancel early. I've had this phone for a year and have not dropped it once, if that makes a difference or means anything. PLEASE help! I really need my phone to start working agin!
PS- it was not connected to my Mac, just a power source in the wall like it told me to. Thank you!
