9930 screen issue after restart

after deleting a bb Appl, I got the MSG to restart the bb. After restarting, the bb screen is mostly white background w/ extremely small Appl icons ... Any ideas? I can't navigate to email, text, or appls

Have a battery device reset again.

If things don't become normal again then you need to consider reinstalling/updating device OS again.
