APP ERROR ON BLACKBERRY BOLD 3- 9700

my bb bolb 3 shows app error 603 reset. after re-starting it shows application persion for the app quick notes even before the security test bar. taking the battery off n letting the phone just be does not seem t help at all. kindly give me a quicky soultion to the problem.

Please refer to this Knowledge Base for the problem you are having and follow the suggestion to recover your device from this error :

 

Use application loader :

KB10144  : How to force the detection of the BlackBerry smartphone using Application Loader

 

Additional Information:

 KB23951"Error 603", "App Error 603", or "JVM 603" appears on the BlackBerry smartphone

 

You may loss data within your device by following those above method so if your device allows to a backup or if you have a previous backup or using BlackBerry protect you can restore your data from those backups
