I'm a new BB user and am trying to get my Bold to sync with Outlook.
My company is running MS Exchange 2007. I set up my BIS account and receive emails with no problem. Whenever I delete emails on my PC however, they still show up on the phone. Emails deleted from my phone are deleted from Outlook without any problems. I have the BB reconclie option set to:
Delete On -Mailbox & Handheld
Wireless Reconcile -On
On Conflicts - Mailbox Wins
I spoke to ATT and BB supprt and neither was of any help. BB says that they reconcile to my Outlook web access but the emails on my phone are not visible via the Outlook web interface.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
