My T-mobile software came without Russian support, can anyone please tell me how to add it to my phone? Alx or cod file or something? I desperately need it for the business I am running, without it my Blackberry is useless.
thank you for your help!

I haven't tested this to see if it includes Cyrillic input, but you could try the AllLang OS (9700AllLang_PBr5.0.0_rel541_PL18.104.22.168_A22.214.171.1244_
To give this a go, download and run run the 9700 software from this page:
Delete this file:
c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader\vendor.xml
Connect your Blackbery and run this file:
c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader\loader.exe
You'll be able to see which languages are available for install when you go through the installation wizard. Installation takes a while and includes a couple of reboots. Dont' disconnect the device until it's finished.

Eh, thanks, so far no luck... I tried the new multilanguage update from Rogers, but it seems to include every **bleep** language possible but Russian

Please keep informing us if there is a decent possibility... I heard about the newer version that causes trouble to the SMS, but can have Russian... so there must be another solution...

Just tried to install the .405 (latest update) the sms issue is fixed, but no Russian support.
Looks like it's either one or the other with stupid RIM... Why can't just release language packaged just like every other vendor does, even Motorola?!

SOLVED! The 126.96.36.1995 is the most updated OS version yet and it has Russian input! works flawlessly, install at your own risk though, it's a "beta" release.
