Another Bloody 'no data plan' wifi question

Hey guys,

Firstly like to introduce myself to the board, my name is Deven Pather and i am a new user of the Blackberry Bold 9000.

 

So i bought the BBerry 9000 outright and am using it with my existing 3 cap (without data) now, is there anyway of using Gmail, Facebook or Windows Live without a data package? i am heading down to three tommorow so i need to know if i should sign up for a package or there is a way.....

Go right now to your carrier and choose one data plan, you need the Data plan 100%

If you want to connect to Facegook, Twitter, IM, Email without data plan, the answer is: YES YOU CAN.

I have the same situation as you, I don't have a data plan, I only use Wi-Fi, I had to search and search and I was able to find apps that would work over Wi-Fi only.
