I am on wind mobile, and just bought a used Bold 9900 (I have been using a curve until now). I plugged the bold into my laptop to transfer my data between the phones, and the bold started updating its software. In the middle of the process I lost my wifi connection, and he update process stopped. The phone now has a white screen, and displays the 602 error code. I have tried the hard reset, soft reset, and nothing works. It is locked to that error and the laptop doesnt even recognize it as connected.
Is there anything I can do myself to get it running, or is this a case where I have to take it in for service ?
