BlackBerry® Bold™

I have a Bold 9780 running v6.0 bundle 905. Device states there is no upgrade available.

App world requested an upgrade - which I did however since then is nowhere to be found. I have tried doing 'show all' checked all the folders etc. Done a security wipe TNA. 

I have looked within the applications management and App world is there, tried deleting from there and downloading - again TNA repeated this again after a fresh security wipe. 

Any ideas on any fixings? This is a new replacement Bold that I have only had for around a week. However App world was only on there for about the first 36 hours I had it before it asked for upgrade then seemingly decided to ninja off.....

Any more info you may need please ask.

Same problem, same issue it's driving me crazy.

Please Help! the system is doing loops after loops, so which one do I keep?

ver.4.0.0.63 or  4.0.0.55

Now, whilst doing the process I got this message:

Uncaught Exception:

Java.Lang.Error

After doing several times escape button  (left pointing arrow) the system tells me that the update is "sucesfully updated".

Never in my life had an issue with my BB and the updates... since the last week BlackBerry App World .

Do I have to live witjh a hidden icon? I don't mind doing with other, but this one is really important.

JSanders: Follow your recipe, the Icon is in place, but I can't update any app's, it tells me that . Steps: Entered My World Checked the Apps in the menu, but... It says: You don't have any applications from App World Installed. After I successfully re-installed the App World App and now it appears in the Blackberry menu, I connected my unit to the desktop software update,manager & backup programme, well no updates for the Berry. I'm I missing something?

MIne came up with that error message initially however after reboot it was fine.... Did you click (left arrow) back past the 'need to reboot now or later' option?

Open your AppWorld

Go to MyWorld

Press the menu key > Refresh

That should repopulate your MyWorld list and any upgrades you have available.

I'm going to skip App World ver. 4.0.0.63 until new version fix this issue.
