I cant find the App world Icon on my new 9900 I've been onto Blackberry AppWorld and get a message saying that my blackberry is an unsupported device. Also when I try to sign in to the Blackberry website its too slow and doesnt load properly. My last phone was a 9700 and i had a little app for My App World - although my device says this is installed I cant find the app? 

Can anyone advise as to how I can get the blackberry app world app?

I've tried that and downloaded and reloaded appworld but still cant get the appworld icon on the 9900 ?

Oh, sorry, I don't know what you've already done since you didn't say.

So, what else have you tried? Maybe we can avoid the "do this", "I've already done that" game.

Do you have the BlackBerry Internet Service on your mobile account?

Have you deleted AppWorld and THEN reinstalled?

I havent unistalled the existing but have replaced it when downloading

Could you answer my other questions? Hard to help you if you limit the information needed.

• Uninstall AppWorld from Options > Device > Application Management.
• Scroll to BlackBerry AppWorld > Delete.
• Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
• Now, after back up and running, go to www.blackberry.com/appworld and install again.

i have tried that and it still does not show up..what else could i do

it shows up on the application management

1. Open the BlackBerry Browser on the BlackBerry smartphone.
2. Browse to http://mobileapps.blackberry.com/devicesoftware/entry.do?code=appworld3
3. After download, please restart your BlackBerry smartphone when prompted.
4. Verify that BlackBerry App World is located on the home screen.

it still does not show ...it comes up in the application management and it say in motion limited...i had the icon but i lost it when i did the upgrade...please help
