Apps and free space
Did a battery pull fix your issue? Yes.
Apps installed and their version if possible.
When writing your question
My network provider does not support BB data plans. However I use wi-fi to connect and download applications from Application world. But when I enable Wi-Fi, I can easyly browse over network, but BB application world does not work. After restart it works. So I need every time restart my device to make app world working again.
Any suggestions ?

Seen your Application list and found that you are already running the most recent version of App World ,The recent version of App World require latest BlackBerry ID software ,Have you Upadated your BlackBerry ID software ? Also Go through this Knowledge Base article regarding the error you recieving :
KB20031 :"BlackBerry App World is having trouble connecting to the BlackBerry App World server. Verify your network connections and try again" appears when BlackBerry App World is started.
Click " Like " if you want to Thank someone.
If Problem Resolves mark the post(s) as " Solution ", so that other can make use of it.
