Are on BES?? If yes then contact with your BES admin.
If you're a BIS user then have a hard reset by pulling the battery out for 30sec and replace it again.

I am not on BES and am using Desktop Redirect...I have a Bold with DocsToGo but it wont read any files...
I tried the reset and it did not work.

When i try to open an attachment it says...
"this attachment type can not be viewed on your device"
Oddly enough, i have discovered
it is only on emails with attachments sent to my work email (recieved on my Bold via Desktop Redirect)
Emails with attachments sent to yahoo or gmail accounts open as they should.
Also, these attachemtns wont "forward".
Odd to me...
