Audio Boost

Hi,

I have a Blackberry 9900 and my audio boost feature has disappeared since updating my software. I have followed the information under the help option on my device and the option for audio boost is still not there.

 

Could you please give me advice on how to fix this problem.

What OS release did you upgrade to?

What is your Operating System loaded to your device? Look at Options > Device > About, third line down beginning with a "v.7.1.x.xxx", What is yours?
