BB Bold 9000 - Emails and SMS Don't Work

Hi All

 

I was wondering if you could help me with the following problems:

 

- I can no longer access my emails through the 'all mail' account.

When I click on it, the screen 'freezes' (in that I can't scroll or anything) but, I can't see any of my messages. The only way I can get out of this is to click hang up. I can still access my different email accounts separately through the different icons (this is just very inefficient). Before this happened, there were some messages that I could not open in the inboxes, and I wasn't sure if this was due to size. 

 

- I can no longer access my SMS messages.

Similar to the email situation, I just can't go into my SMS inbox.

 

- Unread count for emails wrong

Although, this isn't really an issue seeing as I can't access my inbox! But, basically my unread count will always indicate that there's 1 message that has not been read. It still appears there even if I have absolutely no (hidden or otherwise) messages in my inbox. 

 

I have a Blackberry Bold 9000, and have had it for about a month now.

Have you tried resetting your device by removing the battery and putting it back in?
