I am trying to set up an Enterprise Activation for one of our overseas users. She has two phones "BB Bold 9900 and BB 9720". She does not have the Enterprise Activation option. I asked her to download the Enterprise Activation application from "App World", but after downloading, it is telling her that the software is not supported. I am stumped here.
Currently I have her set up with Exchange Activesync, but it is my understanding that will not sync calendars and contacts.
Any help would be greatly appreciated here.
