BB Bold 9900 continually reboots

My Bold 9900 reboots at random.  I have tried reloading the latest software having read various KB articles, but no improvement.  I would be grateful for a solution, or at least an explanation.

I had the same issue and the only resolution was a replacement device.  We tried different batteries and software reloads.  My carrier decided to send me another phone and I've been fine ever since.  I think the onboard memory has a problem.  My phone woud just randomy reboot if I was using it or not.
